SAP S/4 HANA (Business Suite for High-Performance Analytic Appliance) is a business suite offering that is built on an in-memory computing platform called SAP HANA. Previously, SAP Products are designed to run on any platform including those from Oracle, Microsoft and IBM. However, SAP S/4 HANA only runs on SAP HANA database.
